A consummate communicator fluent in multiple languages, Lina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Government from Suffolk University, further enriched by an MBA from Boston University's esteemed Questrom School of Business. Armed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Social Thoughts & Political Economy from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and an MBA from Boston University's Questrom School of Business, she possesses a formidable blend of academic acumen and practical experience.
Sajda's journey into the realm of venture capital is built upon a solid foundation of success in real estate, where she demonstrated astute investment strategies and adept management skills. Her unwavering dedication to exploring new business opportunities has been a driving force behind her ascent in both industries.
In 2020, Sajda founded the Nur Collective, a pioneering initiative aimed at empowering first-generation women of color in entrepreneurship. This visionary project later evolved into the Nur Group, underscoring Sajda's commitment to championing underrepresented founders and fostering inclusivity within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

"There is no force more powerful than a woman determined to rise." Additionally, she is fluent in both English and Chinese, which enables her to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and cultures. Currently, she is pursuing an MBA degree at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.

Beginning her career with a bachelors in accounting from the University of Arizona, Eun Ha discovered a passion to contribute work in nonprofits that aim to build brighter futures for others. She has gained experience in optimizing processes and providing insights on financial health assessments. When she is not crunching numbers, she enjoys gardening and crafts, showcasing her love for growth and creation!

Tatiana Tejedor, with over a decade of HR expertise, is passionate about enhancing HR practices through tech and human-centric approaches. Skilled in employee relations, compliance, performance management, policy development, and benefits, she excelled as co-owner of Caramelo Clothing Co., earning awards for her innovative design. At Work INC., she managed IT infrastructure and talent acquisition. Beyond work, Tatiana champions diversity and transparent leadership for a happier workforce. Curious about mechanisms, she enjoys fixing her husband's truck and spends her free time with family, traveling, hiking, reading, and painting.
